Tabitha D. at Disneyland Paris

Tabitha D. is 6 years old and suffers from a brain tumor. The whole family has been struggling for months and again and again the strength is robbed from chemotherapy and hospital stays. 

Thanks to donations, “Polo with Heart” was able to give Tabitha D. and her whole family a trip to Disneyland Paris. An unforgettable time for the whole family. For Tabitha D. it was not only the 1st flight in her life but a true dream came true.
