The fifth winter camp of the Cancer League Grisons took place in Laax for the first time. 19 children and young people aged 8 to 15, who are themselves or indirectly affected by the diagnosis of cancer, were able to experience an eventful week full of joy free of charge. Despite meagre snow conditions, a smile could be conjured up on the children’s lips.
Together with the association “Stars for life*, “Polo mit Herz” was able to put the stressful everyday life of the affected children and young people in the background and give the family and child some light-heartedness.
The next winter camp is already being planned for January 2024.
