The whole family has been struggling for months and again and again the strength is robbed from chemotherapy and hospital stays.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thanks to donations, &#8220;Polo with Heart&#8221; was able to give Tabitha D. and her whole family a trip to Disneyland Paris. An unforgettable time for the whole family.
