It changes life from one moment to the next and, in addition to the health challenges, also brings with it an enormous psychological burden.<\/p>\n<p>The aim of the non-profit organisation \u2018Polo mit Herz\u2019 is to support children and young people with cancer and their families both ideally and financially. \u2018Polo mit Herz\u2019 fills gaps where other cancer organisations cannot be active and provides psychological support during and after this difficult time.<\/p>\n<p>Through our commitment, we give the gift of time, create shared moments and fulfil heartfelt wishes.
